Operational standards and referral terms for wedding and corporate event planners.
Referral Terms
Planners receive a 15% commission on all studio rentals booked through their referral link. Payments are processed within 14 business days of the event date.
Handoff Process
Planners must provide a digital event calendar and a list of guest names for the Audio Guest Book. We handle all technical setup and delivery of raw files.
Operating Standards
Events must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to the event date or location.
