Operational standards and technical requirements for all event experiences.
Setup Time
Standard setup for all AI-native experiences requires 2 hours prior to the event. Open-air setups may require additional time for venue coordination.
Technical Requirements
AI-native experiences require a stable Wi-Fi connection and a power source for all hardware. We provide all necessary cables and adapters.
Insurance
We provide comprehensive liability coverage for all guests and equipment. Please provide a copy of your event insurance policy for our records.
Post-Event Delivery
Raw files for Audio Guest Books are delivered via secure cloud link within 24 hours of the event. Digital copies are available immediately.
Travel Radius
Our primary service area is Northeast Ohio. We can travel to Cleveland and surrounding counties for events, but additional travel fees may apply.
Handoff Process
We work closely with wedding planners and venues. Please provide a handoff document with event details and guest list for our technical team.
